To ensure employee welfare and satisfaction, several projects such as Fair Living Wage and Dialogue in The Workplace are carried out regularly.
All production processes using organic and recycled raw materials are certified.
In line with our goal of green energy use, we implemented an environmentally friendly project in 2020 and established a Solar Power Plant in the Fatsa production unit in the Black Sea Region. We also purchased renewable energy from Borusan Enerji-EnBW for our production units located in İstanbul and Ordu.
